If the services you choose include hotel accommodation, travel packages, car rental, transfers, tickets to the destination or any other travel service, we will retain the following information: reservation number, voucher number, reservation price, hotel name, number of stars of the hotel, the destination or any other information related to the accommodation services/travel package.
If the services chosen by you are linked to a travel insurance number, we will also retain all the information related to the insurance: the destination, the period covered, the price of the insurance, the personal details insured.
If the services you choose are related to assistance in submitting a claim for compensation in order to obtain compensation from a Tourist Service Provider, it is possible to collect and/or transmit to our partners the following personal data: name, surname , address, e-mail, telephone number, passport/identity card number, copy of the ticket, flight details (airline company, flight number, departure and arrival airport, departure date, adult and minor passengers on reservation, airline ticket reservation, boarding pass.)

The user account allows you to add information about the passengers you usually travel with. The user account also allows you to access all the bonuses in the form of discounts that are offered to you.
